Description

Four new distilleries, so young they don’t even have fully matured spirit. Come and taste some new make and aged spirit drawn from the cask for this special occasion giving a preview of what the whisky will become. Hear from four different distillers; Kristy Booth-Lark, Killara Distillery (TAS), Dean Druce from Corowa Distillery (NSW), Adam Pinkard from Adam’s Distillery (TAS) and Martin Pye from Riverbourne (NSW).

the distillers and discover why they started on this crazy adventure. 

This is an amazing opportunity to be one of only a handful of people to taste a whisky before it has launched.

Tickets limited and good times to be had. Seb has personally talked to all these distillers and they are all good for a story!

Tickets are $65 pp and include a welcome beer and a jaffle on arrival, as well as four new makes and four aged malts.

It was so wonderful to have the opportunity to taste artisan handcrafted Australian made whisky, and learn about the distilling process. Absolutely loved it!
