A decadent afternoon thoroughly enjoyed the journey of the gin process! The guide was entertaining and so knowledgable. Cleverly put together so that you understand and appreciated the different flavours and qualities of gin. Waffles are highly recommended too!!

I had a great time at the Master Class! Sebastian gave a great history lesson on distilling in Australia, an affectionate story about the bar, and his method of tasting gin has improved my appreciation of gins immensely. I highly recommend attending this or one of the other Master Classes held at Bad Frankie!

Pleasant professional individual. Sebastian is a true publican, a master of his trade. He is a charasmatic, fresh individual, with sound knowledge of the local/national spirit movement. If you are looking to gain a further insight into the realms of Australia's alcohols, then look no further. And the jaffals?! Amazing. Do yourself a favour and get on down to these events.
